The food was pretty good, the hours and work environment were very manageable, and the staff were fun to work with for the most part.

Lack of support from management, no room for professional development, inconsistent standards, and a rotating cast of characters really hampered the smooth running of the restaurant.
The people I worked with were great. The Franchise owners made it easy for us to learn everything and feel like an important part of the company.

Constant changes to the menu came down from corporate made it a little difficult to be away for awhile and come back without feeling that you were starting all over again.
