      1. Salary not up to the mark 2. Top Management interference(COO interference in everything,) 3. No job security 4. Pathetic HR support 5. Unnecessary work pressure. 6. Egoistic top management.

      Management is not active Salary is not given time After resignation full & Final and reliving letter will be issued very late (3-4 months, may be more) No recognition Minimal chances of growth Work Overload without support from head office insufficient manpower Useless policies Bonous and salary hike will be to a minimum
