      Pros

      Constantly working to improve the recruiting process to provide a partnership relationship with clients. Often worked as exclusive provider. Leadership really knew her stuff and had great relationships with technology community in Houston.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, market factors effected several clients at one time. As exclusive provider, demand for talent set the tone for the company's volume of business and ability to hire and employ recruiters.
