where to begin? management hasn't a clue on how to run a real business -corporate office can't get ADP to work correctly so, hopefully everyone will get paid - communication? what's that?? - HR? who needs that?? - the bad attitude and unacceptable behavior in supervisor and management positions trickles down to the rest of employees - the tools of technology (computers, networking stuff, printers, etc) are all dated and barely working. IT staff is helpless - corporate office (also clueless) will not spend money on anything (you're lucky to have a stapler and annual reviews??? who needs that???
