      There is nothing positive to say about iBASEt. The experience was consistently unpleasant, and it is deeply regrettable having spent time here at all. It is strongly advised to avoid this company and seek opportunities elsewhere instead of settling here.

      • This is one of the worst companies to work for, especially for experienced professionals trying to grow their careers. • The base salary is insultingly low compared to expectations and responsibilities. • Management repeatedly makes promises but fails to follow through on them. • Employees are expected to meet extremely high demands with very little support. • When expectations are not met, employees are treated as incompetent and disposable.

      Pros

      I enjoy working in a specialized space and helping customers understand how complex solutions fit their business. Having a good product means you don't have to try to force a solution on a client, which definitely makes conversations a lot easier. Also, it’s motivating to be part of a team focused on delivering results.

      Cons

      Presenting, preparing demos, and fielding questions all day can be tiring.
