No employee loyalty, no transparency, decision making speed is slow, no focus on improvement
Pros
As it is a small organisation and focusing on Agri domain, the scope is good as long as they make proper use of the efficient employees and their skills rather than sticking to no brainers. If someone is looking only for additional responsibilities and no expectations with salary and structured work then you can go for it (not recommended though).
Cons
1. Loyal employees are promised of benefits and later kicked out after projects are delivered. This is also relevant to staff who have worked more than 2-3 years. 2. Management takes ages to take key decisions and focuses on less important stuff. 3. No transparency is maintained on the current stance and future strategy of the company. 4. HR are only a team for the name of having it but cannot give any confirmed statements. 5. If an employee is willing to quit, 90% of the time they are given false promises to stay back and later no returns are given. 6. No process is in place to ensure things are going in controlled manner. 7. Only customer/client are prioritised and employees are not given any priority. 8. Work life balance is not even 5%.
