      Basically, the company simply resells you to other companies (banks), arranges for you according to the shopping mall with a completely white salary. There are offices in different cities or the possibility of completely remote work.

      Or you are sold to another company, and there development, growth, management and the team depend on this company, whoever is lucky. Or you work on "innovative" import substitution projects.
