Management forces you to rip off customers with horrible quality parts, Does not pay you on time if at all. Promises commission upon hire but always comes up with a technicality as to why you will not receive it every month. Total disrespect towards technicians and Store Managers. Look this company up on the BBB website and see how many pending and former claims there are against them before applying or getting a repair done. Go to literally ANY other cell phone repair store and receive an immensely better experience .

You as an employee must provide tools and even most office supplies because requesting them takes a month to actually get approval, the corporate structure is horrendous and laughable at best. The store is run down and they refuse to offer any money to better it. They expect you to work ridiculous hours as a manager and don’t pay for any hours over They also do not offer a retirement plan which they claim to nor do they have any benefits or employee discounts. The parts are also terrible quality and the battery repairs especially will most likely come back for warranty.
