I won't go into detail, this company doesn't deserve the constructive criticism and it's not worth my time to type it. This is a place where you can do everything right, but still end up completely wrong. You will be paid poorly, worked to the bone, held to ridiculous expectations and timelines, and worst of all you will be treated with disrespect. If through all that you still decide to stick around, eventually you will be fired for someone else's mistakes. Everyday you will work in fear that you won't have a job tomorrow. They put on a big show about how great of a place it is to work. This is because the turn over rate of employees is ridiculous and they struggle to hire and keep employees around. Don't believe the lies. If you've read this far, I hope that I can save you the pain and that you don't waste your time at this company like I did.

I have never worked in such a toxic environment which had an almost 100% turnover. I was highly disappointed in the non-existent management. I along with 99% of the employees feared losing their job. They have no regard to people's livelihood. I saw countless terminations and had never worked in a place where people walked out and quit without giving notice. I was in constant stress fearing my job along with all the worries of my co-workers and their families. As far as benefits, the health insurance was sub par. This was the first job where I had to contribute to the premium. You have to have thick skin to survive.
