Pros
Many things can be learnt here. Senior person is good and polite.
Cons
No work management. salary not on time giving fund problems all the time. Work for 3 months without pay under the name of training. No working hours flexibility. Sat no holiday. HR's are very rude. They won't pickup ur calls when u need them specially on the salary day. Increment given is not satisfactory even if u give ur best performance at the company.
