Pros

Nice people generally to work with, other than leadership. The VP of Americas is very smart and hard-working, and the company could learn a lot from him.

Cons

Shameful leadership not understanding the hospitality industry, no clear strategy and no focus and no recognition of what is required to help succeed. To have no marketing, no PR, no Customer Success, nothing to assist sales team - it is is simply appalling. No motivation is possible under those circumstances.

Pros

Great, enthusiastic, and passionate team members, wfh, good work life balance, flexi hours wonderful.

Cons

Extremely poor management. Unsympathetic, poor decisions being made, driving the company into the ground with their inability to listen to employee suggestions until it is too late. CEO refused to take a pay cut and opted for mass redundancies, executive team on a huge wage disparity to other employees despite small size of company meaning that workload was often shared. Poor progression structure, hard work rarely praised or rewarded, apathetic to obvious employee demotivation.

Pros

Very friendly and likeable people, good and cool product, nice industry to serve (hospitality). Lots of perks and flexibility with WFH. It has been one of the best place I've been working for until new leadership stepped in.

Cons

The company has been ripped out of its soul and has no purpose anymore. Led by someone who doesn't want to listen to employees or customers and a someone else who thinks she understands her clients' industry better than they do. There has been a complete disregard for employees and care for customers since they joined. As a result, the company is now in bad shape financially, customers have low confidence and the best staff have left.
