      Pros

      Security is an excellent industry sector to work in. If the company can overcome its many management and technical problems then it stands a chance of succeeding.

      Cons

      This company has a long history of poor leadership and product oversight. It also suffers from poor technical and professional standards and low morale. It's IT middle management is toxic. The economics of the company are also shaky and it should be considered a high risk.
