Where to start?
Basically if you are a foreign you will be working illegally in this company.
The company disregards laws from the Russian Federation and puts employees in a dangerous situation ( can even be deported) without them knowing, and when you know and try to offer a solution they just fire you.
Let's stop and mention a few facts:
- A foreign cannot stay outside their city of registration more than 15 days as a tourist
- Business trips should be paid according to the Russian law
- To work in an office you need a contract from day 1, or you will be working illegally
- To move to yoshka-ola on a business trip I needed a contract and to be officially called into it and registered as a foreign worker.
The company has an internal policy of "requesting" new hires to move to yoshkar-ola for at least 3 months, however they don't offer a contract to foreigners, don't pay per diems ( as per russian law) and don't register them legally.
They will play you, lie and force you to be in this situation, and when you finally get tired of it they just fire you.
Be aware that the Russian company has a shell company in the US that will use to make a contract with the foreigners, however, if you will check that company you will find out it only has 2 employees, so there is the possibility of incorrect activities.
