Thanks for taking the time to discuss your experience. It is great to get such a positive one! Onboarding remotely has been challenging, but we feel we have implemented a solid process that ensures our new hires get insight into our company culture and have the ability to ask questions and gain clarity into their new role. We want to set our teams up for success, especially now that we are working from home. We are going to continue to plan for the future, keeping employee safety and well-being top of mind (particularly with COVID).
