iTrellis is a great place to work. There is reasonable flexibility, good pay, solid benefits, and great opportunities for growth and learning across different clients and projects. There is also a strong encouragement from management to grow your skills and this is supported by incentives to gain relevant certifications. This is a company where good work is recognized and rewarded by management.

Pros

Employer tries to find work for you that appeals to you. Very flexible and understanding. If you like a merit based company where your hard work pays off this is a good place for you. Incentives for certifications are an exciting bonus.

Cons

Not necessarily fault of the company but a nature of the business. If there is no contract work for you, you be left to mostly fend for yourself. However, the Employer will offer as much assistance as possible. Whether that be internal training or work.
