      Working for iiNet can be a political nightmare - ethically questionable behaviour from exec & snr mgrs is commonplace.

      Interesting projects Wonderful colleagues Nice offices Social functions Exposed to new technologies all the time that are great to add to your CV.

      Cons

      Treatment bordering on abuse if you fall on the wrong side of the political radar. Lack of resources - unwilling to hire due to lack of understanding of certain roles. - unable to hire because they offer below industry standards salaries. Unreasonable deadlines - even working overtime you may not be able to reach deadlines & at present you don't get paid overtime. Missing deadlines can make you a target for performance management. Unless you lodge an official complaint about mistreatment iiNet is more than happy to turn a blind eye.
