      Nothing much to say.. Its a nightmare to work in this organisation... Word ethics never heard in this organization.. Be ready to work like a slave

      Cons

      Working in the organisation it self is a biggest mistake. I learnt about Dictatorship here.. If you are looking for a job with work life balance then I bet this is not the place.. Be ready to live in the office

      Decent office premises and infrastructure.

      Cons

      * No respect for employees * According to the higher management, people who slog n slog without caring for their personal life are only performers. The rest are labelled as unprofessional / lethargic * Management will try their best in milking employees off their benefits, esp. those who travel on-site. They will be paid a paltry allowance (which is paid because its mandatory by that country's immigration policy) and paid salary in INR only. * Completely unprofessional company who care about their personal benefits alone

      Totally Out of Logic..How come 4 star,it was 1.5.. Highly toxic environment,Causes severe burnout,senior management create false urgencies,limited projects,absolutely no growth & appraisals.very high attrition, they're no professionals- all cusswords you'll hear..Just Hire & Fire model.If you want to make your career a mess, join in this sinking boat..Beware of these Fraudsters
