I have seen an amazing people-centric culture here! Glad to be part of it! The product is amazing and has scope for lots of growth and innovation. Great learning curve and have motivating work environment. Great work culture and excellent work-life balance. Very good guidance from the managers and everyone in the team is so approachable. The very approachable and helpful HR team and an awesome customer success team. The Founders are so transparent with any decision that they take.

Cons

Nothing that's worthwhile to mention it here.

Pros

- Wish there were any

Cons

- The management has 3-4 key players who decide who is a good employee and who isn't. Favoritism openly displayed - If you praise the management and get in their good books, you can move mountains else you will be fired whenever they wish (I know someone who was fired in a month) - Quick to hire, quick to fire is their motto. Check their attrition rate over the past few months (and no, it has nothing to do with the market downturn) - All good reviews on here have been posted by their HR -Peanut compensation and learning opportunity hindered by favoritism -They say their company culture which lacks basic values is truly laughable Potential candidates, do your due diligence and research the company before joining. LinkedIn is the best place to figure out the attrition rate and talk to current/previous employees.
