      Pros

      I had a supportive boss and some friendly colleagues. It was generally a fairly relaxed place to work, and I had a lot of freedom to manage my own time and tasks.

      Cons

      Some of the management within the company was not joined up and consistent, which meant that certain issues were not dealt with as quickly and effectively as they could have been.

      Pros

      Brilliant workplace with friendly colleagues making people feel welcoming. Very positive atmosphere and full support when needed. Clean and tidy workplace with excellent facilities.
