      Very aggressive management who don't understand how companies should be run

      Cons

      Too many to name, Unprofessional management, unserious HR, terrifying work culture. It's a shame they have a decent product being wasted with a toxic company.

      Pros

      Office was located in a great location.

      Cons

      Everybody was in a bad mood. Most employees were not practicing humility. A lot of communication problems and gossip. There was no opportunity to grow. Expected to work long hours and during weekends. Pay was really low. The CEO knew about this and will often increase the pay to keep employees around, yet this still doesn't close to the value of spending more time with family.
