Management and HR take no accountability for the toxic work environment they have created. High Turnover rate due to incompetent Senior Management. Employees are expected to take on extra work but never compensated for it.

Employee benefits is very basic - only medical covered. Employee welfare has none. No bonus for 2 years. No 13th month either. Management doesn't listen to their employees feedback. They always think what they think is right. When things go wrong, they blame put fault out there and fail to think the root of the problem = them. Management culture product quality values etc. It takes a real leader to manage, nuture, establish a good team behind him. It's obvious this company management does not have it.

There was no opportunity for growth and the only ones who actually move up were the ones who were somehow related to someone in upper management. The other thing about this company was that they claimed that they were a caring company, and all were to be included in the success of the company, but all work was for the sole benefit of the CEO only. I also want to add that I have been facing major racism there.

Nonstop office drama and overly fast paced work environment with little to no company results. Throughout my time at joimax, sales were at a low streak and marketing and management were losely spending on nonesense rather than addressing the problem of better communication and thoroughness with targeted audience. Be careful of newer management, often time not accountable for their own mistakes and enjoys treating other employees with no respect due to their seniority and power.
