Pros

Working with some really passionate colleagues. Flexible hours Mileage allowance ..... .....

Cons

Working with some data driven people who care more about quantity than quality. If a TA is not keeping their caseload on target or ahead then that needs dealing with. Being held responsible for data out of your control. Not being given full information, FEweek wrote an article about LD being given a serious performance breach notice. Not a word from Learndirect internally. Not listening to the reviews on here. Doing nothing to retain some good TA's. Even with a redundancy scheme looming we can still retain quality. We moved away from the blueprint model of management, we all hoped for a better future. Absolutely nothing has changed. Where is my local manager? Where is the local centre?

Pros

Line manager was fantastic, really friendly and supportive I actually feel sorry for though as I feel she is in the dark about a lot of changes. The flexibility of the hours are good. Goo IT equipment.

Cons

Terrible communication for the Operations management. Contradicting emails from the CEO filled with RUBBISH No training given on the job - here's a laptop this is what we do go learn yourself. When you don't get anywhere we won't show you any support Had 4 managers in 2017 already !

Pros

You get to Manage your own diary. Given laptop and mobile phone to use. Good mileage allowance and allowance towards broadband costs. Staff on the same level as me & some managers are lovely people.

Cons

You are never acknowledged for anything good you may do, but always told of things you've done wrong or haven't done. Constantly come out of one to ones feeling like the naughty child. The goal posts are constantly moved, so that when you do achieve one of your kpi's they change. I have worked for this company for a number of years and yet no acknowledgement of this when I left. Feel as though I have had the life sucked out of me, by working for them. Have seen good managers forced out or left because they won't bully their staff. Such a shame, because there are some lovely people working there, but they are treated so badly that they will soon feel worthless, as I did.
