Pros

If your only skill is knowing how to stay in your manager's good books while completely lacking the abilities to actually thrive in the IT industry, congratulations—you’ve just found the perfect place.

Cons

1. Toxic Culture and Bullying from Senior Leadership This is my fifth organization, and without a doubt, it's one of the worst in terms of company culture. The workplace is rife with bullying from senior leadership, toxic groupism, and unethical terminations. If you're looking for a healthy work environment, this is not the place. The culture is a mix of every negative element you can think of, and it's rampant at every level of the organization. 2. Leadership’s Lack of Ethics and Abuse of Power The so-called 'leadership team' at this company is nothing short of disappointing. They lack even the most basic ethical standards and use their positions of power to intimidate and manipulate employees, especially those who aren't in their inner circle. If you're not in their good books, expect to be treated unfairly, marginalized, or outright bullied. There’s no real leadership—just people abusing their authority. 3. Mandatory Glassdoor Ratings and Forced Positive Reviews Managers are actually instructed to force employees to leave five-star reviews on Glassdoor, and this is not optional. It’s essentially mandatory. There’s no transparency about what employees actually think, and this practice highlights the company’s obsession with its image rather than genuinely addressing internal issues. 4. Misleading Publicity and False Awards Don’t be fooled by the flashy awards they post on LinkedIn. The accolades and recognition they boast about are nothing but a façade. These 'awards' are largely self-congratulatory, and the company has no true merit behind them. It’s all about optics and creating an illusion of success rather than creating a real, positive work environment. 5. Outdated Technology and No Opportunities for Growth Technologically, the company is stuck in the past. They still use outdated platforms that don’t allow for growth or skill development. There is no investment in upskilling or embracing new tools and technology, which means employees are left stagnating in their roles with no real opportunities to expand their knowledge or grow professionally. 6. Incompetent HR team The HR team is absolutely dreadful, led by an incompetent individual who seems more focused on blindly serving the leadership than actually addressing the real issues employees face. Rather than listening to and supporting the workforce, this HR leader is more concerned with protecting the interests of senior management, completely ignoring the legitimate concerns of the employees

Pros

WFH, Yoga sessions, nice environment

Cons

Bad infrastructure, parking issue, work seat issue, when attendence is full you will not even get chairs, you will need to pull someones chair, no transportation allowance, no tax savings schemes, no recognition/ awards for the performers, no body cares your work, no O2O meetings with managers, manager will not even see his reporters, no one will bother about what you r doing, not good for who are high performers and with good career aspirations and growth, allmost feel like service based companies environment, no extra benefits, they keep on saying about 1.5 years shifting to manyata tech park.
