      You get salary every month in first 5 days of month.

      Cons

      Check skills requirements for projects before hiring people. Don't hire software engineer for non technical application support work Saturday working. Harsh HR Promised for Software engineer position and gives work on non technical application support project. HR and management do not listen employees concern. They just ask and forget. Lots of false promises First appraisal will happen happen after 2 years of joining. Not fair.

      Team members are good and cooperative.

      Cons

      Management is too worst. After there work you will be fired by unknown and invalid reason if your performance is best. You must have to work over night if you are ladies or gents there is no any excuse to meet their client's deadline. Also no excuse to work early on another day if client is Indian. Salary will not be paid on time. No any benefit excluding medical insurance and worst working policies.

      Best Place to Work/Learn/Grow (Personally/Professionally). Very mush Friendly Environment. Seniors don't Boss around. In fact, issues/problems are resolved in very Friendly manner.

      Cons

      I don't see any Cons as of now. But yes since it's a startup (4 yrs old), some people might find issues related to Cafeteria/Snacks. But that is available nearby. Finally one should concentrate on Learning, if you get a place to Learn & Grow.
