What I witnessed being an employee was a toxic environment which stemmed from a poor executive leadership team who lead by fear, pointed blame, and humiliation. The manner in which the CEO speaks and works with employees, external partners, and his executive team not only shocked me but made me embarrassed to be associated with. Strategy and long term planning is lacking. There is no budget to adhere to and leadership frivolously spends investor money on short term solutions to band aid poor leadership decisions instead of investing in the long term success of the company. If you're looking for stable and professional work environment, look elsewhere.

- Some of the senior leadership on our customer facing teams can be ruthless in their leadership approach. They can be passive aggressive and use demeaning language with their teams. Do the "wrong" thing and there is a good chance you will get publicly shamed. The thing to note here is that what is "wrong" is subjective at best and arbitrary more times than not. - Transparency needs improvement. Timing for things like promotions and raises aren't always clear. - Favoritism. Compared to the above cons, this one isn't that bad, but it's clear leadership has their favorites
