Certs were not flying out of the door

Terrible leadership starting with the crook of a CEO. Late paychecks, terrible head of operations who speaks down to people while not knowing how to do his own job, no HR, no benefits or 401k, tons of turnover and most of the company was laid off as there is no business coming in. Hard to execute campaigns with no real tech, clients are unhappy with results and there’s no clear way to fix anything. CEO came back into the picture earlier this year and it’s been downhill ever since. I’m not sure if they will even be around in the next few months
