- Pay was decent - The management staff frequently did things like hand out candy, buy pizza, etc.
Cons
- There was essentially no training - you're thrown into the deep end, expected to help customers with issues you weren't adequately trained to assist them with, created a very stressful environment for new employees - Shady business practices - constant pressure to inflate hours work to charge clients extra money - Management struggled to answer basic questions about job assignments - Office politics created a passive-aggressive environment for anybody who wasn't on management's good side - Management presents the company as a new-age, laid back type of company, but will jump down your throat for random things - hard to gauge behavior expectations
