employees are tortured too much pressure mental torture. no personal life because of work. if anyone joins here please forget your personal life and your family before joining this company because this company does not treat you with respect and they do not care if you have family or no. no proper leaves work from home option n work timings. partiality to testing team manager n mobile developer hey work only for three to four hours and few employees like mobile developer acts as if he is the ceo of the company for going from office early tries to boss around every employee and all the managers made him as lead to all teams without knowledge acts like a right hand to management. acts more like admin than developer.. management does not questions these employees but questions other employees. my manager does not know that i belong to his team also. no proper guidance, training, review from managers to check how work is done. nothing to learn new and what is learnt will forget because of pressure due task deadlines. no leaves n structure in company. employees problems and concerns are not heard anytime. only work work and treat everyone like slaves. no proper pay to employees.with less pay full work pressure to employees to work more than working hours. suggestion to anyone joining the company is until you question properly in interviews to interviewer regarding work timings and hr policies please do not join the company. ask them to show n inform policies.
