      Poorly maintained red tape

      They provided relocation assistance and paid training

      Cons

      Training was very basic and poorly paced. Poor and incorrect communication when relocating. Internal and external separation of responsibility made updating or learning anything a game of telephone, not just for me but inside the company itself. Benefits were a fraction of what employed peers were given, I had to work with both them and my stationed company if I wanted time off. They promote a well-knit community but fail to cultivate one.
