      No effective communication, they don't provide work equipment (e.g.: laptop)

      Pros

      Wiley Edge is a great place to start your software development journey, especially for those who either do not know where to start or are having a rough start finding a job. They provide training to prepare you for your future company and have staff that actually care for you and your journey, and are there to help you out with any sort of question. Another pro was that the training was online and was a lot of fun. I highly recommend them!

      Cons

      Having to move to a different location for some companies, but this could also be a pro. They offer multiple locations as well, so there might be one close by.
