I really can’t think of any good reason to work for mumms my whole time with the company was a head ace

Cons

Mumms is a drug infested environment to work in. The company is constantly running low on money causing them to fire many employees especially during the holidays. They pay is way under the average pay that other companies are willing to pay for the same positions and it’s a very miserable environment to work it. They expect the most out of you but are not willing to give you what your worth. Don’t waste your time with this company.
