Worst place to work as a Software Engineer

No reasons to work here. But you'll be able to know your capacity and used to manage stress.
Cons
This company is lack of professionality. Board members are used to sit on their big chairs and chill around while the employees sit on small broken office chairs that exists since the start of the company and get distracted by another department at least twice in an hour. At lease developers doesn't get a laptop or workstation which is able to handle the workload. Developers has to handle clients while working on their task which is never going to updated. Managing Director seems to be good but cannot give credits to him since he is not aware of what are the other board members are doing and how other employees doing inside his company. There is not any standard mechanism on the work and even they are not using source code management. Some tasks will be overdue because you will never be going to get requirements if it is not handed over to you at the moment task will assign. No one cares about it until MD ask about it and all will be going through the developer. TBH, I lose my interest on this field since I join this company and I'm recommending you study about this company if you are wished to join with them because there are many companies which has standard and there will be lot to learn from them.
