Even though the CEO and the team are leading one of the most unsuccessful companies in the market, they act as if they are extremely successful. There is no concept of working hours — if you don’t respond at night, they complain. The newly hired managers constantly try to portray how unsuccessful you are and position themselves as the “saviors.”
