      Pros

      The only pros of the company is minimal support from onsite team in the beginning that too if you are in a recognized role else it's useless. As of now there is a work life balance is fair.

      Cons

      There are lot of cons and the first one is you need to be habituated to work in a Toxic or Family business environment. You will not get any support from any end. You may also get into situations that you will be easily targeted if you don't say YES to everything. The pathetic roles are Project Manager, Business Analyst and Scrum Master. Apply and work at your own risk. If you are applying to Technical then you need to say YES to all, please keep in mind.

      Pros

      I have a positive experience working here at nGenue. The work environment is welcoming, inclusive and encourages both personal and professional growth. One of the best aspects is that the leadership values employees and fosters a work culture of transparency and respect. They listen to feedback and make genuine efforts to improve the workplace. Another great aspect is the team itself. Colleagues are friendly, collaborative and supportive. This positive atmosphere makes it easy to stay motivated and enjoy coming to work everyday.

      Cons

      Like any organization, there are areas for improvement but the supportive team, strong management, and warm, collaborative work environment makes the workplace experience positive and balanced.
