I have been associated with nTech for the past 5 years. 1) Company is very process oriented. 2) It is one of the best staffing firm I am working for. 3) One of the best part is the management. They take care of each and every employee during critical times. They consider the suggestions from the team members to grow as a company. 4) Healthy work environment. 5) Provides training to the employees and help them grow in their career. 6) Builds very great relationship with their customers and helps them in achieving their goals. 7) It has dedicated teams at every stage in the process of helping their clients needs from Talent Acquisition to client relations and Human Resources. 8) Company is always committed to bring people back to work in every possible ways. 9) Every year the company conducts a Coat Drive through One Warm Coat by collecting and donating to the homeless people.

Cons

so far I could not see any cons as the management take care of everyone and helps them in every possible way.
