Pros

- There are some amazingly talented, artistic people here - $20 each Wednesday for the US team to get lunch - VP of Sales, VP of Partnerships and Biz Dev, SDR Director are top-notch, brilliant people

Cons

- Open bullying on public Slack channels against employees who make minor mistakes - executive leadership has been involved in the bullying - C-suite treats all employees like data points and not as human beings - They do everything they can to not pay their employees their variable compensation - Marketing is run by two people who have fancy degrees from MIT but no actual marketing experience - Morale is the lowest I've ever seen at any company

Pros

Great software Remote work Flexibility

Cons

This company is doomed by the executive team. As others on here have said, the CEO has left the day to day operations in the hands of his leadership team. The problem is the leadership team doesn’t know the first thing about running a company. They overhired sales people who can’t hit their targets and had to lay off people in other departments. There is constant layoffs, high turnover and just overall poor morale. If you disagree with the leadership or aren’t one of their favorites then expect to be treated like garbage. The have a pattern of toxic behavior and the so called CEO doesn’t seem to care. CEO needs to take a long, hard look at EVERY SINGLE ONE of his operations leaders and their past and current behavior. Either shut down the company or bring in a whole new executive team save it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Building the next generation of engineering design software starts first and foremost by bringing in and retaining top talent, and this is a key focus area for us at nTopology. We recently expanded the executive team, bringing in nTopology’s first Chief Marketing and Chief People Officers. Both leaders are seasoned experts in their respective fields and are excited to partner with the leadership team to develop strong company and team cultures as nTop continues to grow and scale.
