      You don't get bullied if you don't speakup.

      Cons

      Company is likely to go into administration within the year - irregular salary payments, management views superannuation as optional, bullying environment and no-work life balance.

      Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We take bullying and any kind of harassment extremely seriously and have a no-tolerance attitude towards this. We haven't had any reports of bullying by any current or former staff and again, if we did, would take a hard-nosed approach. Being a privately owned small business, there will always be ups and downs, however, we also have never missed a salary payment even by 1 day in the whole 7.5 years of trading and superannuation is consistently paid on time and is always up to date.
