Pros

Interesting and challenging projects. Employees at next level enjoy a great working environment . Teamwork is not only a written rule, it is lived in the company every single day. Here at next level, everybody works hard and is very focused on his job, but nobody is forced to work overtime everyday. Management is charismatic and cares for their members.

Would be nice to have a greater kitchen

Pros

- Top-Management, 360° feedback culture, lean structures - nice colleagues and outstanding teamspirit - excellent workin environment (kitchen, table-soccer, central location, administrator is also a magnificent chef) - interesting customers
