      Pros

      Nybl is following a work culture which will give a real freedom for their employee to work with full potential. All their policies are employee centric and it creates strong bond between employee and employer. There is a great carrier growth, if we use the freedom in right sense and works with full responsibility and commitment. Nybl is filled with full of positive energy (people).

      Company’s Audacity: Chronic Delays in Salary Payments and Disorganization

      Pros

      Ample PTO Comradery was good; employees tended to be friendly to others within the office space. The industry is interesting to learn about and fascinating.

      Cons

      The CEO lacks integrity and positive morality. Delayed salaries come with too many excuses and create an unsafe and nightmarish environment. Salary delays of 3-6 months are very concerning and lead to a toxic environment. Project management is an absolute mess. There is no accountability for missed or unreasonable project deadlines. The organization is fully disorganized; not a single person at the business can tell you where anything or anyone is at any time.
