Nothing in my short span of tenure

1. The management is extremely poor, especially within the CS team. Most managers have little to no hands-on understanding of the solution, neither from a technical perspective nor from a supply chain domain perspective. Despite this, they expect every task to be treated as the highest priority, leaving consultants to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with unrealistic deadlines. 2. Managers fail at basic managerial responsibilities. Consultants and Senior Consultants end up doing everything, from implementation to preparing client presentations and even handling client communication. Many managers rarely attend team syncs and have little visibility into the team's workload or the effort required to deliver projects. 3.The training is equally disappointing. The CS training program has almost no relevance to the actual work. Specially lateral hires are largely expected to figure things out on their own, making the onboarding process ineffective and a waste of time. 4. Managers often have less product knowledge than the consultants they manage, yet they set unrealistic deadlines and commit to delivery timelines without understanding the implementation effort.
