A Company struggling to find itself as it gorws.

You get free product (rejects or returns from department stores).

Cons

Several levels of management need to be let go. When the company was small, leadership three probably was appropriate but they need stronger leaders who lead by example and aren't all over the place. Need to replace CFO , Director of Accounting, CEO. VP of Supply Chain was added and does know what he's doing but he' one of few.

great product. great message. the original idea of philosophy was uplifting and before it's time.

Cons

I have never been disrespected on a daily basis by management the way I was while employed with Philosophy during the past 3 years. The work environment was stressful and hostile on a daily basis. There are no decent processes in place to help you do your job efficiently. The company is experiencing huge growing pains after being bought out by an international mega-brand corporation. I would not doubt that the phoenix office will be no more in 2 yrs or less.
