      Excellent learning opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Good work culture with focus on technical growth. Exposure to multiple modules like Sales, Project Operations, and automation. Encouragement to improve skills and take certifications.

      Workload can be high during project deadlines. Project management processes can be improved for better planning and coordination.
