Great salary and flexible work hours/work from home policy.
Cons
Recruited by VP of development initially for a project of rewriting existing 15 years old Java monolith into micro services, but was put to work on the monolith, mostly fixing bugs. On questions what are the conditions to switch to the new project or when that would be possible I only got vague answers without any concrete answer for 7 months now. Besides this, they have major issue with employees in Croatia, no legal entity or legal team there so you have to fight for your rights about vacation days and such.
