      Great location, and excellent coworkers to work with in the creative department and really all the staff!

      Cons

      I think I've really only had 1 passive aggressive vibe from an upper management. Over all no real cons.

      Small company Cool office with functional workstations Great colleagues CEO is down to earth, a great educator, and makes an effort to reward dedicated employees regularly

      Cons

      Boss was easily overwhelmed, a micromanager, played favorites, and gave zero autonomy They use spreadsheets for EVERYTHING PM team was often overloaded and overworked Too many meetings Not much room for growth or career progression
