      Pros

      People and workers inside the company are nice, it's an open minded business, you have voice inside the company and show thibgs that you want.

      Cons

      They don't invest into people. Small benefits and massive work during summer. Some problems to hiring people and any kind of bonus if you work well.

      Pros

      Wonderful and supportive colleagues across departments – very collaborative and friendly atmosphere. Good benefits and a generally positive work culture. Monthly team-building activities that, while not always perfect, helped create a sense of community. Office located in a beautiful area near the beach, which adds a nice touch to the work environment.

      Cons

      The office can be difficult to reach by public transport. Some internal processes lacked structure, and decision-making from HQ was at times inconsistent or poorly executed. There are clear gaps in management and leadership, which impact operations and occasionally the quality of the product. The company has great potential, but would benefit from revisiting key roles and optimizing internal workflows.
