Great lower-level colleagues who are fun to work with. Nice new office and facilities.

Cons

HORRIBLE middle-level management, they couldn't care less about their employee's growth. A LOT of cuts and layoffs, no one's job is secure here. Too many middle-level management, company structure changes non-stop. Salary isn't great. Accounts are divided in a way that some may never achieve a bonus while others get cash-cows that print bonuses.

If you have no experience, you can get it here. Very friendly atmosphere, nice people, easy access to the management

Cons

No HR!!! If you have workfliw issues you don't really have a contact to discuss it with. It's hard to grow and get promoted. They don't really care about emplyees, they would prefer hiring a new one instead of trying to keep one with experience
