      Pros

      It's fully remote. They give 30€ on gym membership. People in non management positions are friendly.

      Cons

      Micro management system that in reality is inefficient. Most of the employees just write fake logs in tempo. Every hour must be tracked, it becomes a full time job itself to improvise what should you write in logs and ticket plans. I've worked on different tech stack, but Magento is the worst working experience ever, glad that I don't need to deal with it ever again. Salaries are laughable, that explains why their management don't do their responsibilities. I didn't write any single pine of code for more than a month. Also don't trust the positive reviews, they pay their employees 15€ on amazon balance for a positive review 😂😂😂 They even give a script for a review (like cons and pros). Hate this place, glad that I'm not working here anymore.
