Good Company but high-handed management
Cons
High-handedness by local management and unrealistic expectations from management has resulted in employees at all levels leaving constantly and in large numbers. Employees feel that some ( 1-2) people are favoured ( unfairly) over the by the country management and that has led to huge numbers of experienced employees quitting over the past 2 years. Hardly anyone has grown within the company over the past years except the ( unfairly) favoured ones.
