Some of the best people I've ever worked with Good support, and actual willingness by management to address problems Learning opportunities and frequent office events Very flexible work hours, WFH schedule and time off
Cons
Few internal opportunities to progress + low pay, like other reviews noted Uneven workloads across staff (some overworked, others idle) Can be easy to be pigeonholed, while difficult to get on new project types or interesting projects High turnover in past couple years Gradually turning corporate when I left
