Working with tmc3 has provided a great deal of challenges, but the kind that allow you to grow and become more than you thought possible. The company is led by true leadership that aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in to get task done. tmc3 has a people first approach, not just in the way they run and win business, but in how they interact and manage the personnel we have here. This is the only place I have ever worked where I have felt valued and heard. I wish everyone could get the opportunity to experience the joy and relief felt each day, when arriving to work and having an absence of dread the workday. Sure, we have days that are more difficult than others, but I encourage anyone to pose the question to any tmc3 employee and ask if they've ever had Monday morning blues whilst working here, I suspect the answer would be a resounding no! One other key point I'd like to mention is the unyielding support provided by all ExCo members in ensuring the physical and mental wellbeing of staff is well kept has not gone unnoticed. Renumeration is fair and the rates are assessment twice through the year to ensure the company is effectively considering and assessing market conidiations. We have access to a range of other bits and bobs as well:
Private medical
Salary Sacrifice Ev Car Scheme
Benefits Portal
Life Assurance x2 annual salary
Pension - 5% business contribution with 3% minimum from the employee totaling 8% per month.
Quarterly work events
a very generous L&D budget for each member of staff
We are always assessing the benefits package and adding to where we see opportunities for improvement.
Cons
It can be challenging at times, fast paced but equally slow round October through to December as people wrap down for the holidays.
Not really a con for the business, as this is how it is throughout industry.
